Product Description

A rare and original Stephens’ Ink enamel sign…

Dating to the early part of the 20th century, circa 1900, this is an authentic example of this rare and collectable sign. This sign has retained some good original branding and paint work, and the splattering of chipping and rusty areas makes it a great decorative piece

This is the smaller version of this popular sign and would look cool fixed to a wall. Due to its size, it could quite possible be displayed in many different areas. The sign is a great piece of art in itself and would create a statement piece in any environment…

We are offering this piece in ‘as found’ condition, therefore there is some natural wear and tear. There are some surface scratches and scars, some rusty areas, some chipping to the enamel and it is a little tatty in places. That said, structurally the sign is in great original condition and completed with makers mark, Jordan Bilston, of England. We feel the current condition simply adds to the look and its authenticity. Please study all the photos, as it would be difficult to highlight all of the imperfections…
